Form Submissions

Base URL: https://api.cornerspot.net

Authentication: requests use a bearer token, for example Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY.

List form submissions

GET /c/api/v1/form_submissions

Returns a paginated, filterable list of the team's active (non-trashed) form submissions. Requires the form_submissions_read scope and the Forms module.

Query parameters

FIELD	TYPE	DESCRIPTION
`filter[search]`	string	Search over the form name, linked contact name/email, and any submission field value.
`filter[team_form_definition_id]`	string	Comma-separated TeamFormDefinition ids — only submissions for those forms.
`filter[status]`	string	Comma-separated statuses (pending, processed, failed).
`filter[from]`	string	Only submissions created on or after this date.
`filter[to]`	string	Only submissions created on or before this date.
`sort`	string	Sort column, `-` prefix for descending. One of created_at, updated_at, status. Default: -updated_at.
`page`	integer	1-based page number.
`per_page`	integer	Page size (1–100, default 25).

Get a form submission

GET /c/api/v1/form_submissions/{id}

Returns a single active form submission with all field values. Requires form_submissions_read.

Trash a form submission

DELETE /c/api/v1/form_submissions/{id}

Soft-deletes (trashes) a form submission via DeletionService. The row is stamped with a deletion_event_id and hidden from the active list but is NEVER hard-deleted (permanent audit record). Requires form_submissions_write.
