How to find, filter, and sort your envelopes in CornerSpot

As your team sends more documents for signature, the E-Signatures list grows. CornerSpot gives you three quick ways to zero in on the envelope you need: search, status filters, and column sorting — all from the list at /dashboard/esign/envelopes. This guide shows you how to use each one.

How to find, filter, and sort your envelopes in CornerSpot

Everything happens on the E-Signatures list. Here’s how to combine search, filters, and sorting to find any envelope fast.

1. Open the E-Signatures page

From the dashboard, select E-Sign in the left-hand menu to open your envelope list at /dashboard/esign/envelopes. The toolbar at the top holds the search box and the status filter, and the table below lists your envelopes.

2. Search for an envelope

Type in the search box to find an envelope by its subject, a recipient name or email, or a document name. The list narrows as you type — no need to press Enter.

3. Filter by status

Use the status dropdown next to the search box to show only envelopes in a given state — Draft, Sent, Completed, Declined, Voided, or Expired. Picking a status adds it as a filter.

4. Manage active filters with chips

Each filter you apply appears as a chip below the toolbar. You can remove a single filter by clicking its chip, or clear them all at once — so it’s always clear which envelopes you’re looking at. Search and status filters work together with sorting.

5. Sort by a column

Click a column header to sort the table by it — Subject, Status, Deal, or Created are all sortable. Click the same header again to reverse the order. By default, the newest envelopes appear first.

6. Read the at-a-glance columns

Beyond Subject and Status, each row gives you the key context at a glance:

  • Recipients: an avatar stack — hover any avatar to see that person’s name and per-recipient status.
  • Deal: the linked CRM deal, if the envelope is attached to one (or a dash if not).
  • Sender: who created the envelope.
  • Created: when it was created.

7. Adjust the page size

At the bottom of the list, the pagination control lets you change how many envelopes show per page (5, 10, 25, 50, or 100) and move between pages. Your search, filters, and sort all stay applied as you page through.

Tips

  • Combine search and a status filter to narrow quickly — for example, type a customer name and filter to Sent to see what they still owe you.
  • Sort by Created to surface the oldest drafts you may have forgotten about.
  • The list’s state lives in the URL, so you can bookmark or share a filtered, sorted view.
