As submissions roll in from your forms, the Submissions inbox can fill up fast. This guide shows you how to cut through the noise — search for a specific entry, filter by form and status (and by a recent time window), and sort the table so the entries you care about rise to the top.
How to search, filter, and sort form submissions
You'll find everything in the Submissions inbox. From the dashboard, open Forms in the left-hand menu and choose Submissions (or go straight to /dashboard/form-submissions). The search box and filter dropdowns sit across the top, just above the table.

1. Search for a submission
Type into the Search submissions… box to find an entry fast. The search matches both answer values and contact details — so a name, email, or anything someone typed in a field will surface their submission. The table narrows as you type.

2. Filter by form
Use the Filter by Form dropdown to show submissions from a single form. This is handy when you run several forms and want to focus on just one — say, only your contact form's entries.

3. Filter by status
The Filter by Status dropdown narrows the list to Pending, Processed, or Failed submissions. Use it to spot anything that hasn't gone through yet, or to review what's already been handled. There's also a date-window dropdown — Any time, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days — to limit the list to a recent period.

4. Manage your active filters
Every filter you apply appears as a removable chip just below the filter bar. Click the × on any chip to drop that one filter, or click Clear all to reset everything at once and return to the full inbox. You can combine filters — pick a form and a status and a time window — to zero in fast.

5. Sort the table
Click the Submitted column header to sort by date — click it again to flip between newest-first and oldest-first. You can sort by Status the same way by clicking its header. A small arrow on the header shows the current sort direction.

Search, filter, and sort work together
You can combine all three at once — for example, search for a name, narrow to a single form, and sort by date to scan recent entries in order. The inbox updates live after each change, so you always see exactly the set of submissions you're after.

Tips for working a busy inbox
- Combine filters — pick a form and a status and a time window to zero in fast.
- Search matches answer values too, not just contact names — try a phone number or a phrase from a field.
- Sort by Submitted (oldest first) to work through a backlog in order.
- Use Clear all to reset every filter and start fresh.
