As you invite more customers into your members portal, the Portal Users list grows. Cornerspot gives you fast search, focused filters, and one-click sorting so you can always find the right person — whether you're checking who still has a pending invitation or who hasn't accepted yet. This guide shows you how.
How to search, filter, and sort your portal users
Everything happens on one screen — the Portal Users list, under Members Portal.
1. Open Portal Users
From the dashboard, open Members Portal in the left-hand menu, then choose the Portal Users tile. You'll see everyone who has access to your customer portal, one row per person.

2. Search by name or email
Type into the Search by name or email box at the top of the list. The results narrow as you type — so you can jump straight to one person without scrolling.

3. Filter by membership
Use the Filter by membership dropdown to show only people in a particular state — Active, Invited, Suspended, or Revoked. It's the quickest way to see, say, just the customers who currently have live access.

4. Filter by invitation status
The Filter by invitation dropdown narrows the list by where each person is in the invite flow — Pending acceptance, Accepted, or Never sent. It's perfect for following up with anyone who still has an unaccepted invitation.

You can combine search and filters — and each active filter appears as a chip you can remove individually, or clear all at once.
5. Sort by a column
Click a sortable column header — Name, Email, Invitation, or Last sign-in — to sort by it. Click the same header again to reverse the direction. Sorting by Last sign-in, for example, surfaces your most (or least) recently active customers.

Tips for working with portal users
- Combine tools: Search for a company name and add a membership filter to zero in fast on a specific group of customers.
- Spot follow-ups: Filter by Pending acceptance to see exactly who still needs to accept their invitation, then resend it from the row.
- Sort to prioritize: Sort by Last sign-in to find inactive customers worth re-engaging — or your most active ones.
- Filters live in the URL: Your search, filters, and sort are reflected in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a particular view.
