As your book of subscriptions grows, the Subscriptions list gives you four ways to find exactly what you need: a search box, status and frequency filters, a date filter, and sortable columns. This guide shows you how to use them together.
How to search, filter, and sort subscriptions in Cornerspot
Everything happens on the Subscriptions list under Members & Billing in the left-hand menu.
1. Open the Subscriptions page
From the dashboard, select Subscriptions in the left-hand menu (under Members & Billing). The filters sit in a row above the table.

2. Search
Type in the Search subscriptions… box to filter the list as you type. Search matches the subscription's description, the customer (account) name, a line-item description, and a product name, so you can find a subscription by almost anything on it.
3. Filter by status
Use the Filter by Status dropdown to show only subscriptions in a given state — Trialing, Active, Paused, Past due, Cancelled, or Expired. Each filter you apply becomes a removable chip below the filters row.

4. Filter by frequency (and date)
The Filter by Frequency dropdown narrows to Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual, or Annual subscriptions, and it stacks with the status filter. There's also a date dropdown — Any time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days — that narrows by when subscriptions started.

5. Remove filters or clear them all
Each active filter appears as a chip. Click the x on a chip to remove just that filter, or click Clear all to reset every filter at once. (The Clear all button appears once you have two or more filters active.)

6. Sort by a column
Click a sortable column header — Number, Amount, Frequency, Status, Next Invoice, or Started — to sort by it. Click the same header again to flip between ascending and descending order.

Tips
- Combine controls: search, filters, and sort all work together — for example, search a customer name, filter to Active, and sort by Next Invoice to see what's billing next.
- Use the chips to check what's applied: the chip row under the filters shows every filter currently narrowing the list.
- Page size: adjust how many rows show per page from the pagination control at the bottom of the list; your choice is remembered.
