How to find, filter, search, and sort tickets in the inbox in CornerSpot

As your support volume grows, the ticket inbox is where you find the work that matters right now. CornerSpot gives you a fast, keyboard-friendly way to search, filter, and sort your shared queue — and it remembers how you like to work. This guide walks through every control in the inbox at /dashboard/support-hub/support.

How to find, filter, search, and sort tickets in Cornerspot

Open Support Tickets from the left-hand menu and choose Ticket Inbox to reach your shared queue. Everything below happens right on that page.

Search by subject

Type in the Search tickets… box to narrow the list to tickets whose subject matches what you type. The list updates as you type, and a small × appears so you can clear the search and see every ticket again.

Filter with the four dropdowns

Above the table you'll find four filters you can combine:

  • StatusOpen, Pending, Resolved, or Closed.
  • PriorityLow, Medium, or High.
  • Category — any of your team's active categories.
  • Filter by Assignee — including the quick options Assigned to me and Unassigned.

Pick a value to apply it; you can stack several filters at once to drill in.

Manage active filters with chips

Every filter you apply shows up as a removable chip beneath the toolbar. Click the × on a chip to drop just that filter, or use Clear all to reset the view to every ticket.

Sort by any column

Click a column header — Subject, Status, Priority, Requester, Category, Source, Assignee, or Last activity — to sort by it. Click the same header again to flip between ascending and descending order.

Change the page size

At the bottom of the list you can choose how many tickets show per page — 10, 25, 50, or 100 — to scan more at once or keep pages short.

Good to know

  • Your view is remembered: CornerSpot saves your search, filters, sort, and page size, so the next time you open the inbox it's set up just the way you left it.
  • Combine controls freely: Search, filters, and sort all work together — narrow with filters, then sort what's left to triage the most urgent work first.
  • Quick assignee filters: Use Assigned to me to focus on your own queue, or Unassigned to find tickets that still need an owner.
