You don't have to publish a form one place at a time. The Publish form wizard lets you send a single form to several channels in one flow — a public shareable link, your Members portal, and an embed on an external site — stepping through only the screens each channel needs and reviewing everything before anything goes live.
How to publish to several channels at once
Open the form you want to publish, then walk through the wizard from start to finish.
1. Open the form and click "Publish…"
From the form's detail page, click Publish… in the top-right corner to open the publish wizard.

2. Pick where you want this form
On the Where do you want this form? step, tick any combination of Shareable link, Member portal, and Embed in external website. (Your CornerSpot website needs nothing here — every form is embeddable on your own site just by existing.) Each channel you tick adds its own steps to the wizard.

3. Set up the shareable link
For the shareable link, choose the Link address that appears after https://your-domain/forms/. CornerSpot checks availability as you type. (A shareable link needs a connected website domain; if none is connected yet, you'll see a prompt to connect one first.) The next step lets you style the standalone page — those edits are a snapshot that go live only when you publish.

4. Choose the portal audience
For the Members portal, choose who can see the form — filter portal users by status, account, invitation, or a search. A live preview shows how many recipients will get it. The audience is frozen when you publish: users who match later aren't auto-added, so re-publish to refresh. A portal-style step follows for in-portal appearance.

5. Grab the embed snippet
For an external website, the wizard gives you a copy-paste snippet to drop onto any site you control. Just add that site's domain under Allowed Domains first, or the form won't load there.

6. Review, then publish
The Review & publish step summarizes what each channel will do before you commit — nothing changes until you press Publish. When you do, every channel goes live in one go. If a channel only partially succeeds you'll get a Retry option, and you can always re-open the wizard later to remove a channel or change its settings.

What happens after you publish
- The form's detail page shows a chip for each live channel — a Shareable link chip you can click to copy the URL, and a Portal chip with the recipient count.
- Every submission, from any channel, lands in the same Submissions inbox, tagged with where it came from.
- Re-open Publish… any time to add a channel, refresh the portal audience, or untick a channel to remove it.
