Every form you publish to a public shareable link gets its own hosted page, and by default that page shows a small "Powered by Cornerspot" credit beneath the submit button. You can hide that credit so the page carries your brand alone. The setting lives in the Publish wizard, on the Page style step, and it is saved per form.
Where the "Powered by Cornerspot" setting lives
The toggle only applies to the shareable link (single-page) publishing channel — the standalone hosted page with its own URL. You'll find it on the Page style step of the Publish wizard, in a card titled Powered by Cornerspot branding.
1. Open the form and click "Publish…"
From the form's detail page, click Publish… in the top-right to open the Publish wizard.

2. Choose the "Shareable link" channel
On the first step, Where do you want this form?, tick Shareable link. The "Powered by Cornerspot" toggle is specific to this hosted-page channel, so you need it selected to reach the setting.

3. Set the link address, then continue
On Your shareable link, pick the Link address people will use — it appears after https://{your-domain}/forms/, with live availability checking. Click Next to reach Page style. (A shareable link is hosted on your website's domain, so if no website is connected yet this step asks you to connect one first.)

4. Switch off "Powered by Cornerspot branding"
On the Page style step, find the Powered by Cornerspot branding card and turn its switch off. The live preview to the right shows the credit appear and disappear as you toggle it, so you can confirm the result before you publish.

Hiding the badge needs the white-label add-on
Removing the "Powered by Cornerspot" credit is part of the white-label feature. If your plan includes it, the switch turns off and the credit is gone. If it doesn't, switching it off opens an upgrade prompt for the white-label add-on instead — add white-label, and you can then hide the badge.
The setting is saved per form
Your choice is stored on this form and re-applied every time you publish the shareable-link page — so once it's set, you don't have to toggle it again. You can turn the credit back on at any time from the same Page style step in the Publish wizard.
