Let signed-in customers reach your team from inside the Members Portal — open Portal Settings, switch to the Live chat tab, turn on the live chat toggle, and save. The portal’s addresses are authorized automatically and members are identified for you.

Turn on live chat across your CornerSpot website with one toggle in the Website Builder. The widget appears on every published page, styled to match your branding — no snippet to paste — and chats land in your shared Live Chat Inbox.

Add the CornerSpot chat launcher to a third-party site from the Embedding tab: allow the host, paste the loader snippet once, and optionally add per-embed overrides — the snippet updates live.

Turn anonymous chat visitors into identified ones: call Cornerspot.chat('identify') from your host page, compute the userHash on your server with HMAC-SHA256, and your inbox shows exactly who is chatting. Find the snippets on the Embedding tab.

Control which websites can load your chat widget: add a bare hostname, fine-tune Include subdomains, Enabled, and Note in the edit panel, and remove a domain to revoke access. Changes take effect within about five minutes.

View your masked chat widget identify secret on the Identify Secret tab, and rotate it safely with a type-to-confirm step. A 24-hour grace window keeps the old secret verifying so you can update host pages with no downtime.
