Publishing Forms

Authorize the external websites where your embedded Cornerspot forms can load and submit. Open a form, go to Publish & Share → Embed on any website, add a hostname to the Allowed domains list, fine-tune Include subdomains, Enabled, and a Note, then remove domains you no longer need.

Drop a Cornerspot form onto any site you control: open the Embed on any website channel, copy the loader and placeholder snippets, then add the page’s domain to Allowed domains — and watch the form go live on your external site.

Hide the "Powered by Cornerspot" credit on your hosted form pages and embeds: open Publish & Share, pick CornerSpot domain, and switch off the White-label card. It auto-saves, applies per form, and needs the white-label add-on.

Publish a form to your member portal in Cornerspot: open the form, choose the Member’s portal channel, set the account audience, and save — members see it in their Forms list, ready to fill out.

Give a form its own public page: open it, open Publish & Share, choose CornerSpot domain, turn it on, set a memorable link address, style the page, and Save — then share the live URL anywhere.

Turn a form’s public link into a scannable QR code: from the Forms list, find the form, confirm it has a Shareable link, and click Download QR code to save a print-ready PNG for posters, flyers, and events.

Customize a form's look in Cornerspot: open a publishing channel, add and style a form note, set page, container, field, label, and button colors with a live preview, and reset or copy styles per channel.

Place any form on your Cornerspot website with the Website Builder: open the builder, add a Form block, pick the form, insert it, then publish — the form renders on your live site and submissions land in your inbox.

Collect a payment as part of a form submission, perfect for event intakes, ticketing, and school functions. Enable Accept a Payment on a shareable link, set the amount and timing, save, and your visitors pay by card through your own Stripe account with no CornerSpot transaction fees.
