A shareable link gives a form its own standalone, hosted page with a public URL — perfect for surveys, signups, and anything you send by email or post on social media. There's nothing to install: you turn on the channel, pick a memorable link address, style the page, and click Save. This guide walks through publishing a form to a shareable link from the form's Publish & Share menu.
One requirement up front: a shareable link is hosted on your CornerSpot domain, so your team needs a connected website. With one in place, your form gets a public address like https://your-domain/forms/your-link.
How to publish a form as a shareable link
1. Open your form
From the dashboard, select Forms in the left-hand menu, then open the form you want to share from the list.
2. Open "Publish & Share"
At the top of the form, open the Publish & Share menu. It lists every publishing channel: your CornerSpot domain, your member's portal, an embed snippet for any website, and the Website Builder.
3. Choose "CornerSpot domain"
Select CornerSpot domain from the menu. This is the channel that gives your form its own standalone hosted page.
4. Turn the channel on
Switch on Publish on your CornerSpot domain. Once it's on, the configuration fields below become editable.
5. Set the page address
In the Form Location card, set the Page address that appears after https://your-domain/forms/. Keep it short and memorable — use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and start with a letter.
6. Style the page
Make the page look the part. Open Form Note and Styles to add a short welcome note above the form, then use the style sections to set a page background, a submit button color, and anything else you'd like. The live preview on the right updates as you go. (There's also a Powered by Cornerspot credit you can hide with the white-label add-on.)
7. Save to publish
Click Save. Your page goes live, and the address bar in the preview turns into a clickable link you can open in a new tab. Re-publishing later updates the live page in place — change the address or styling and Save again anytime.
8. Your form, live on its own page
Open the link and you'll see your styled form on its own public page — exactly what visitors get. Share that URL in an email, a social post, or a QR code, and start collecting responses.
Where do submissions go?
Every entry from your shareable page lands in the same Submissions inbox as your other channels, tagged with its source. CornerSpot matches the submitter to an existing contact by email or phone, and creates a new lead if there's no match — so link submissions feed straight into your CRM.
