How to publish a form to your member portal in CornerSpot

Your member portal is the signed-in home your customers already use to pay invoices, manage subscriptions, and get support. Publishing a form there puts it right in front of the people who matter — no public link to share, no email blast. Members see it in their Forms list, open it, and submit it inside the portal. This guide shows you how.

How to publish a form to your member portal in Cornerspot

Portal publishing lives on the form's own page, under Publish & Share. Here's the quickest path, start to finish.

1. Open the form and click Publish & Share

From your Forms list, open the form you want to share. At the top of the form, click Publish & Share to open the list of publishing channels.

2. Choose the Member's portal channel

In the publishing channels dropdown, choose Member's portal. The form's settings panel switches to the portal options.

3. Turn the channel on

Flip the Publish to your member portal toggle on. The audience and submission options below become available.

4. Choose who can see it

Under Accounts, decide who the form is for. Leave the list empty to share it with every account, or add specific accounts to limit it to just those members. The audience is based on accounts, so everyone tied to a chosen account sees the form when they sign in.

5. Decide whether members can update their answer

Under Submissions, the Allow members to update their submission toggle controls re-submission. When it's off (the default), each member submits once and the form shows as completed afterward. Turn it on to let a member re-open the form, see their previous answers, and save changes. You can also restyle the form and add a note for the portal from the cards below.

6. Save to publish

Click Save. The form is now live in your member portal, and the status pill at the top flips to Published. Members see it the next time they open their portal.

Good to know

  • Audience by account: Leave Accounts empty for everyone, or pick accounts to target specific members.
  • One submission by default: Members submit once unless you allow updates; after submitting, the form shows as completed.
  • Styling carries through: Use the note and style cards on the portal channel to match the form to your portal's look.
  • Many channels, one form: The same form can also be a shareable link, an embed, or a Website Builder block — portal publishing is independent of those.
  • To unpublish: Re-open Publish & Share, choose Member's portal, turn the toggle off, and Save.
