Return part of a payment to a customer in Cornerspot — open the paid invoice, click Issue refund, enter an amount below the remaining refundable total, add a reason, and confirm.

Return money to a customer in Cornerspot — open the paid invoice, click the refund icon on the payment, set the amount (it defaults to a full refund), add an optional reason, and click Issue refund to post a credit note.
