When your forms are out collecting leads, you'll want a quick way to see how they're doing without digging through a list. Cornerspot puts a Form Submissions widget right on your dashboard home, so a single glance tells you how much is coming in and whether it's trending up. This guide shows you what the widget tracks and how to jump from it into the full Submissions inbox.
Track form performance from your dashboard
The Form Submissions widget lives on your dashboard home alongside your other key metrics. It's built for a fast daily check — see the numbers, spot a change, and click through when something deserves a closer look.
1. Open your dashboard home
Start on your dashboard home — the first screen you see when you sign in. It's a board of widgets summarizing what's happening across your account.

2. Find the Form Submissions widget
Look for the Form Submissions widget on the board. It's a compact tile dedicated to your incoming form activity.

3. Read the count and the trend
The widget shows your recent submission count, a trend indicator comparing it to the previous period (up, down, or flat), and a small sparkline charting activity over time. Together these tell you, at a glance, how much is coming in and which direction it's heading.

4. Use it as a quick daily check
A quick daily look at the trend helps you spot which campaigns and pages are converting — a spike after a launch, or a quiet stretch that needs attention. Because it sits next to your other dashboard metrics, you'll catch a jump in form activity without going looking for it.

5. Click through to the full inbox
When the numbers prompt a closer look, head to the Submissions inbox at /dashboard/form-submissions to see every individual entry. (You can also reach it from Forms → Submissions in the menu.)

6. Review and follow up
The Submissions inbox lists every entry, with the form it came from, the matched contact, a preview, and a status. From here you can open a submission to read its full answers and jump to the linked contact to follow up — so promising leads don't sit unattended.

Make it a daily habit
Glancing at the Form Submissions widget each morning takes seconds and keeps you on top of inbound interest. Spot a trend, click through, and reach out while a lead is still warm.
Tips
- Watch the trend arrow, not just the raw number — a steady rise tells you a campaign is working.
- Treat a spike as a cue to follow up quickly, while interest is fresh.
- Use the widget for the overview and the Submissions inbox for the detail — search, filter, and open individual entries there.
- Make the glance part of your morning routine so no promising lead waits long for a reply.
