How to style a form's appearance in CornerSpot

A form should feel like it belongs on the page it lives on. Cornerspot lets you style a form's appearance — its background and borders, fields, labels, and submit button — for each place you publish it, so the same form can look one way as a hosted shareable page and another inside your Members portal. This guide shows where those style controls live and how to use them.

Where form styles live

Form appearance is styled per publishing surface, inside the Publish wizard. There's no single global "style" panel — instead, when you publish a form as a shareable link or to your Members portal, that step includes a style panel for that surface. (Forms placed on your own Cornerspot website are styled in the website builder, where you'll also find a Reset Styles button.)

1. Open the Publish wizard

From a form's detail page, click Publish… to open the wizard.

2. Choose a channel

On Where do you want this form?, pick a channel — here we choose Shareable link, the standalone hosted page. (A shareable link needs a website domain connected to your team; the wizard will tell you if you don't have one yet.)

On Your shareable link, enter the address people will use to open the form, then continue to the style step.

4. Open the style panel

The Page style step has four collapsible sections you can open one at a time:

  • Container — the form's background, border width, colour and style, corner radius, padding, and shadow.
  • Fields — input background, text colour, border, and corner radius.
  • Labels — colour, font size, and weight.
  • Submit button — background, text colour, corner radius, full-width, and alignment.

5. Adjust colours and spacing

Each control gives you a colour swatch with a matching hex box, or a number input for sizes. Here we open Submit button and set a new background colour. As you make changes, the Preview on the right updates live so you can see exactly how the form will look.

On a hosted shareable page, the style step also has a Powered by Cornerspot branding toggle, which controls the small credit shown beneath the submit button. (Turning it off requires the white-label feature on your plan.)

How styles are saved

  • Styles are applied per publishing surface — the shareable page and the Members portal can each have their own look.
  • Your edits are a snapshot: they're baked in at the moment you publish, so they go live only when you confirm the wizard.
  • For forms placed on your own Cornerspot website, use the website builder's form style panel, which includes a Reset Styles button to return everything to defaults.
