Sometimes you need a PDF copy of an invoice — to keep for your records, attach to an email, or hand to a customer who'd rather not log in. In Cornerspot, every invoice's detail page has a one-click Download PDF button that generates a clean, formatted document. This guide shows you where it is and what's inside.
How to download an invoice as a PDF in Cornerspot
You'll open the invoice you want from the Invoices list, then download its PDF from the detail page header.
1. Open the Invoices page
From the dashboard, select Invoices in the left-hand menu (under Members & Billing) to open your invoice list.

2. Open the invoice
Find the invoice you want a PDF of and open it by clicking the view icon on its row (or the invoice number). This takes you to the invoice's detail page.

3. Click “Download PDF”
In the header, click Download PDF. Cornerspot generates the document and downloads it to your computer. The button shows a brief loading state while the PDF renders, then the file lands in your browser's downloads.

What's in the PDF
The downloaded PDF is a complete, print-ready copy of the invoice. It includes:
- The bill-to (your customer) and bill-from (your business) details.
- Every line item with its description, quantity, and unit price.
- Any taxes and discounts, plus the subtotal and total.
- Any payments already applied and the outstanding balance.
Because it's generated from the live invoice, the PDF always reflects the invoice's current state — finalize and collect payments first if you want those details to appear.
Good to know
- The Download PDF button is available on every invoice's detail page, whether it's a draft or finalized.
- Your customers can download their own copy of any invoice from the member portal, so you don't always have to send it manually.
- Need to email the invoice from Cornerspot instead? Finalize it and use the send and reminder actions — see the related Invoices guides.
