When a backlog piles up, updating tickets one at a time is slow. CornerSpot lets you select several tickets in the inbox and act on all of them at once — change their status or priority, recategorize them, assign or unassign them, all in a single step. This guide shows you how to use bulk actions in the inbox at /dashboard/support-hub/support.
How to update many tickets at once in Cornerspot
Open Support Tickets from the left-hand menu and choose Ticket Inbox to reach your shared queue. Everything below happens right on that page.

1. Select the tickets you want
Tick the checkbox at the start of each ticket you want to act on. Use the checkbox in the header row to select or deselect every ticket on the page at once.

2. The bulk-action bar appears
As soon as you select one or more tickets, a sticky bar slides in showing “{N} selected” alongside every bulk control:
- Change status… — set the selected tickets to Open, Pending, Resolved, or Closed.
- Change priority… — set them all to Low, Medium, or High.
- Change category… — apply a category, or choose (none) to clear it.
- Assign to me — route every selected ticket to yourself.
- Unassign — take the owner off the selected tickets.
- Clear — drop the current selection.

3. Run a bulk action
Pick an action from the bar and it applies to every selected ticket at once. In the example we use Change status… to mark the whole batch Resolved — a quick way to clear out a set of finished tickets.

4. The selection updates and clears
CornerSpot updates all the chosen tickets, confirms with a brief message, and clears your selection automatically — so you're ready to start the next batch.

5. Assign, unassign, or recategorize a batch
The same bar handles routing too. Select a group of tickets and click Assign to me to pull them into your own queue, Unassign to free them up, or use Change category… to retag them together.

6. Clear the selection when you're done
Click Clear in the bar — or simply press Escape — to drop the current selection and hide the bar.

Good to know
- Triage faster: Bulk actions are the quickest way to work a backlog — resolve a batch of finished tickets, or route several to yourself in one click.
- Press Escape to clear: Hitting Escape drops the current selection instantly, just like the Clear button.
- Combine with filters: Narrow the inbox with the Status, Priority, Category, and Assignee filters first, then select the remaining rows and act on them together.
- One owner per ticket: Assign to me sets you as the single assignee on every selected ticket; Unassign clears the owner.
