Deleted the wrong record? Don't worry — Cornerspot keeps deleted items in the Trash for 30 days, and an admin can bring them back with a single click. Restoring an entry returns not just the record itself but everything that was deleted alongside it. This guide shows you how.
How to recover a deleted record in Cornerspot
The Trash lives in your Account Settings at /dashboard/settings/trash and is available to admins. It lists every deletion event from the last 30 days, ready to restore.
1. Open the Trash
From your Account Settings, open the Trash tile. You'll see the heading “Items deleted in the last 30 days. Restore any entry to bring back its full cascade.” and a list of recent deletions.

2. Find the record you deleted
Use the Search by name, type, or user… box to locate the deletion, or narrow the list with the type, user, and date filters at the top.

3. Open the deletion event
Click the entry to open its detail panel. The panel shows when it was deleted and by whom, the record's full cascade (everything removed alongside it, grouped by type), and an “expires in {N} days” indicator.

4. Click “Restore all”
Select Restore all to bring the record — and every item deleted with it — back to where it was. The entry then leaves the Trash. To restore several deletions at once, tick their checkboxes in the list and click Restore in the bulk bar instead.

5. The record is back
Once restored, the record disappears from the Trash and reappears in its original list, exactly as before.

What you can recover
The Trash can restore a wide range of record types, each with everything that was deleted alongside it:
- Accounts, contacts, and deals
- Activities and products
- Pipelines and statuses
- Tax rates and discounts
- Forms and their submissions
- Subscriptions and invoices
- Help articles and categories
Good to know
- 30-day window: Deleted items stay in the Trash for 30 days, then leave automatically — the “expires in {N} days” label tells you how long is left on each one.
- Full cascade: Restoring an entry brings back the record and everything deleted with it, so relationships stay intact.
- Bulk restore: Select multiple events and use Restore to recover several at once.
- Admin only: The Trash is available to admins, who can restore — or, when needed, permanently remove — deleted records.
