Tidy up your E-Signatures list by deleting envelopes you no longer need — old drafts, duplicates, or test documents. You can remove one envelope at a time from its row menu, or select several and delete them together. Deleted envelopes move to your team’s trash, where they can be restored, so a delete is never permanent right away. This guide shows you both ways.
How to delete envelopes in CornerSpot
You delete envelopes from the list at /dashboard/esign/envelopes. From the dashboard, select E-Sign in the left-hand menu to open it.
Delete a single envelope
1. Open the envelope’s row menu
Find the envelope you want to remove, then click the row actions button (the three-dots menu) at the right end of its row.

2. Choose “Move to trash”
In the menu, select Move to trash. The same menu also offers Open and Duplicate, and — for an envelope that’s already been sent — a Void… option (see the tip below about voiding versus deleting).

3. Confirm the deletion
CornerSpot asks you to confirm. Click Move to trash to delete the envelope. It disappears from your list and is moved to your team’s trash, where it can be restored if you change your mind.

Delete several envelopes at once
1. Select the envelopes
Tick the checkbox at the start of each envelope’s row to select it. You can also use the checkbox in the table header to select every envelope on the page.

2. Click the bulk “Delete”
As soon as one row is selected, a bulk toolbar appears showing the number selected, with a Delete button. Click it to remove all the selected envelopes together.

3. Type the confirmation phrase
Because a bulk delete affects more than one envelope, CornerSpot asks you to type a short confirmation phrase — for example, delete 2 — to make sure it’s intentional. Type the phrase exactly as shown, then click Move to trash.

Done
The deleted envelopes are gone from your list and waiting in your team’s trash, ready to restore if you need them back.

Good to know
- Deleting moves to trash, not gone forever. Deleted envelopes go to your team’s trash and can be restored within the retention window.
- A deal-linked envelope is unlinked when deleted. If the envelope is attached to a CRM deal, deleting it removes that link from the deal.
- Already sent? Consider voiding instead. If an envelope is out for signature, the right action is usually to void it — that invalidates the recipients’ signing links and notifies them — rather than simply deleting it.
