Forms are how you capture leads in Cornerspot — contact requests, sign-ups, surveys, and more. The idea is simple: you build a form once, publish it wherever your audience is, and every reply flows back into a single inbox (and, optionally, straight into your CRM). This guide is a quick tour of the Forms area so you know where everything lives before you build your first one.
The big picture
Working with forms in Cornerspot follows the same three-step arc every time:
- Build — design your form's fields in the Builder, with a live preview of exactly what people will see.
- Publish — put the form in front of people through any of four channels: a CornerSpot link, your Members portal, an embed on any website, or a page in your Website Builder.
- Collect — every reply, from any channel, lands in one Submissions inbox.
Where forms live
1. The Forms list
Select Forms in the left-hand menu to open your Forms list. This is home base — every form you build lives here, with its name, address, publishing channels, and submission count at a glance. Use the Create form button in the top-right to start a new one.

2. The Builder
Click any form in the list to open it. You land in the Builder, where forms come together: your fields are on the left, and a live preview on the right updates as you go, showing the form exactly as visitors will see it. This is where you add and arrange fields, choose a layout, and adjust settings.

3. Publish & Share
When your form is ready, open Publish & Share at the top of the form. There are four ways to put a form in front of people — you can use one or several at the same time:

- CornerSpot domain — publish a shareable link hosted on your CornerSpot address.
- Member's portal — make the form available to members inside your portal.
- Embed on any website — copy a snippet to drop the form onto any external site.
- Website Builder — place the form on a page in your CornerSpot website.

Each channel is also where you fine-tune that placement's styling, its success message, and other options. (Every publishing channel has its own step-by-step guide.)
4. The Submissions inbox
No matter where a form is published, every reply lands in one place: the Submissions inbox. Here you review, search, filter, and export entries, each tagged with the form it came from and where it was submitted. When a form is set to create contacts, Cornerspot also matches each submitter to an existing contact by email or phone — and creates a new lead if there's no match — so submissions feed straight into your CRM.

Where to go next
That's the whole picture: build a form once, publish it anywhere, and collect every reply in one inbox. When you're ready to dive in, start with creating your first form, then explore each publishing channel and the Submissions inbox in their own guides.
