How to brand your outgoing support emails in CornerSpot

The emails your customers receive from your support team are part of your brand. With Email Branding you can set the sender name they see, replace “Cornerspot” with your own brand name, add a logo, and include a friendly “Need help?” footer — so every support email looks like it came from you. This guide shows you how.

How to brand your support emails in Cornerspot

Email branding lives in Support Settings, on the Email Branding tab at /dashboard/support-hub/settings. A live Email preview on the right updates as you go, so you always see exactly what customers will get.

1. Open the Email Branding tab

From the left-hand menu open Support Tickets, choose Support Settings, then select the Email Branding tab.

2. Set a From name

Enter a From name — this is what customers see in the From: header of their inbox (for example, “Acme Support”). It's optional; if you leave it blank, your brand name is used instead.

3. Add your Brand name

Enter your Brand name. This replaces “Cornerspot” in the email header, footer, and any system signatures, so the whole message reads as your brand.

4. Upload a logo (optional)

In the Logo card, click Upload logo to add an image (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, or SVG) that renders in the upper-left of every support email. Once a logo is set, use Replace to swap it or Remove to take it down. Remember to save afterward to apply it.

Flip on Show help footer to add a “Need help?” line to the bottom of every email. Choose whether it points to an Email address or a URL with title, then fill in the contact.

6. Check the live preview

Good to know

  • From name vs. brand name: the From name is the sender shown in the inbox; the Brand name replaces “Cornerspot” throughout the email. If the From name is blank, the brand name is used.
  • Logo formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, and SVG are supported.
  • Help footer is optional: when it's off, the email ends cleanly at the body — no “Need help?” line.
  • Preview before you commit: the right-hand Email preview updates as you type, so you can see the result without sending a test email.
  • Changes apply on save: nothing takes effect until you click Save Changes.
