When a new support ticket arrives, the right people should know about it right away. Cornerspot lets you decide exactly who gets a new-ticket notification — a whole role, everyone on the team, or a hand-picked list of teammates. This guide shows you how to set it up from Support Settings.
How to choose your support notification recipients in Cornerspot
Recipients are set on the Notifications tab of Support Settings at /dashboard/support-hub/settings. Here's the quickest path, start to finish.
1. Open Support Settings
From the left-hand menu, open Support Tickets and choose Support Settings. Then select the Notifications tab.

2. Review the recipient modes
Under Notification recipients you'll see five choices. Pick the one that matches how your team works:
- All admins — every active admin on the team is notified.
- All managers — every active manager is notified.
- All representatives — every active representative is notified.
- Everyone — every active teammate (admins, managers, and representatives).
- Specific people — a hand-picked list of teammates.

3. Choose “Specific people”
To hand-pick exactly who hears about new tickets, select Specific people. A teammate picker appears below the options.

4. Search for a teammate
Use the “Search by name or email…” box to find a teammate, then click their name in the suggestions to add them.

5. Build your recipient list
Each teammate you add appears as a removable chip. To drop someone, click the ✕ on their chip. Add as many people as you need.

6. Save your preferences
Click Save preferences. From now on, the recipients you chose are notified — by email and in-app — whenever a new support ticket arrives.

Good to know
- Roles vs. people: Role-based modes (admins, managers, reps) automatically include everyone with that role, so the list stays current as your team changes. Specific people is a fixed list you manage yourself.
- New-ticket vs. reply notifications: These recipients are notified about new tickets. Replies on an existing ticket also notify that ticket's assignee.
- Active teammates only: Notifications go to active members of the team — deactivated accounts are skipped automatically.
