How to find and filter your team members in CornerSpot

As your team grows, the Team Members page becomes the one place to see everyone who works alongside you in Cornerspot. This guide shows you how to find a specific teammate fast — with search, the Status and Role filters, column sorting — and how to read the at-a-glance cues on each row.

How to find and filter your team members in Cornerspot

Open your Account Settings and choose the Team Members tile (at /dashboard/settings/team-members). Everyone on your team is listed in a single table you can search, filter, and sort.

1. Search by name or email

Type into the Search by name or email… box to narrow the list as you go — the table updates to show only the teammates that match.

2. Filter by status

Use the Filter by Status dropdown to show only teammates in a particular state:

  • Active — teammates who have joined and have access.
  • Pending — teammates who have been invited but haven’t accepted yet.
  • Suspended — teammates whose access is temporarily paused.
  • Revoked — teammates who have been removed from the team.

3. Filter by role

Use the Filter by Role dropdown to focus on a single role — Admin, Manager, or Rep. You can combine it with the status filter to narrow things down even further.

4. Manage the filter chips

Each filter you apply appears as a removable chip above the list. Click the × on a chip to drop just that filter, or use Clear all to reset everything and see your whole team again.

5. Sort the table

Click a column header to sort by it — Name, Email, Role, or Invited — and click again to reverse the order. Sorting by Invited is handy for spotting the newest invitations.

6. Read the at-a-glance cues

A few cues tell you who’s who without opening anyone:

  • A crown icon marks the team owner.
  • A “You” badge marks your own row.
  • A status badge (Active, Invited, Suspended, or Revoked) shows where each teammate stands, with an Expired warning if an invitation has lapsed.

7. Adjust the page size

For a larger team, use the page-size control at the bottom of the list to change how many teammates show on each page, and page through the rest.

Tips for finding teammates

  • Search beats scrolling: typing part of a name or email is the fastest way to jump to one person.
  • Stack filters: combine Status and Role — for example, Active admins — to answer a question in one view.
  • Watch for “Pending”: filter by status to see who still hasn’t accepted their invitation, then resend or void it from their detail panel.
