When a form has done its job — or you created it by mistake — you can delete it in a couple of clicks from your Forms list. Deleting a form removes it from every channel it was published to, and Cornerspot keeps it in Trash for 30 days in case you change your mind. This guide shows the quickest way to do it.
How to delete a form in Cornerspot
You manage and remove forms from the Forms area of your dashboard. Each form's row has a delete action — here's the full path.
1. Open Forms and find the form
From the dashboard, select Forms in the left-hand menu to open your forms list. Use the Search forms… box to find the one you want to remove — it matches on the form's name or slug — so you're sure you're acting on the right form.

2. Click the delete icon on its row
On the form's row, click the trash icon in the Actions column. A confirmation dialog opens so you can't delete a form by accident.

3. Confirm the deletion
The Delete form dialog explains what will happen and reminds you that deleted items can be restored from Trash for 30 days. Click the red Delete button to confirm.

4. The form is removed
The form drops off your list right away, and a short "Form deleted" notice confirms it — along with the reminder that you can restore it from Trash for the next 30 days.

What happens when you delete a form
Deleting a form takes it down everywhere it was in use — a Website Builder page, a shareable link, your Members portal, or an external embed all stop loading it. Your existing data is safe: submissions you already received stay in your Submissions inbox, and any contacts created from those submissions are preserved in your CRM. Only the form itself is removed.
Recovering a deleted form
A deleted form isn't gone for good right away. It moves to Trash, where it stays recoverable for 30 days. If you remove a form by mistake, an admin can restore it from Settings → Trash before that window closes. After 30 days it's permanently purged.
Other ways to delete
- Delete several at once: tick the checkboxes on multiple rows (or the select-all box in the header), then click Delete in the bulk bar that appears.
- Not sure yet? If you just want to take a form offline temporarily, turn its publishing channels off in Publish & Share instead of deleting it — that keeps the form and its setup intact.
