Over time your Submissions inbox fills up — test entries, duplicates, spam, or anything you've already actioned. Cornerspot lets you remove entries one at a time or several at once, and deleting a submission only clears it from your active inbox: any contact that was created from it stays safe in your CRM. This guide shows both ways to delete.
How to delete form submissions in Cornerspot
You manage entries from the Submissions inbox at /dashboard/form-submissions. From there you can delete a single row or bulk-delete a selection.
1. Open the Submissions inbox
From the dashboard, open Forms and choose Submissions to see every entry your forms have collected. Each row shows when it was submitted, which form it came from, the matched contact, a preview, and a status.

2. Delete a single submission
Hover over the row you want to remove and click the Delete submission trash icon on the right.

A confirmation dialog appears. Click Delete to confirm, and the entry leaves your active inbox right away.

3. Delete several submissions at once
To clear more than one entry, tick the checkbox at the start of each row you want to remove.

A bulk bar appears showing how many rows are selected (for example "2 selected"), with a Delete button and a Clear button if you change your mind. Click Delete.

Confirm in the dialog, just like a single delete, and all the selected entries are removed together.

What happens when you delete a submission
Deleting a submission removes it from your active inbox. Importantly, the underlying CRM contact created from that submission is preserved — deleting the entry never deletes the person it became. The submission is kept as an internal audit record but no longer appears in your inbox, filters, or CSV exports.
Tips
- Use search and the filters first to narrow the list to exactly what you want to remove, then select and delete.
- Bulk delete is the fastest way to clear out test entries or spam after you've reviewed them.
- Need the data first? Export to CSV before you delete — deleted entries are excluded from future exports.
- Removing a submission won't affect any automations that already ran when it came in.
