How to export form submissions to CSV in CornerSpot

Sometimes you want your form entries out of Cornerspot and into a spreadsheet — to crunch numbers, build a mailing list, hand a report to a colleague, or keep an offline backup. The Submissions inbox lets you export everything (or just a filtered slice) to a CSV file in one click. This guide shows you how.

How to export form submissions to CSV in Cornerspot

You export from the Submissions inbox, which collects every entry across all of your forms in one place.

1. Open Submissions

From the dashboard, open Submissions in the left-hand menu (under Forms). This is your inbox of every form entry, with an Export CSV button in the top-right corner.

2. Narrow down what you want to export (optional)

The export always matches exactly what the table is showing, so set your view first. Use the Search submissions… box, the Filter by Form and Filter by Status dropdowns, and the date-window dropdown (Any time, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days) to narrow the list. Active filters appear as removable chips. To export everything, just leave the filters clear.

3. Click "Export CSV"

Click Export CSV in the top-right. The button is only active once there is at least one submission to export.

4. Your file downloads

Cornerspot generates the file and your browser downloads it immediately. It's named with today's date — for example form-submissions-2026-06-21.csv — so it's easy to find. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet app.

What's in the CSV

Each row is one submission, with columns including:

  • Submitted At — when the entry was received.
  • Form — which form it came from.
  • Status — Pending, Processed, or Failed.
  • Contact Name and Contact Email — the matched (or newly created) CRM contact.
  • Source Page — the channel and page the submission came from.
  • A column for each field answer on the form.

Because the export mirrors your current filters, a filtered view produces a focused CSV — handy for, say, exporting only this week's entries from one form. Very large exports may be subject to a per-export row cap.

Tips

  • Set your filters and search first — the CSV contains exactly the rows the table shows.
  • Use the date window to pull a clean weekly or monthly report.
  • The Contact Email column makes the export easy to import into a mailing tool.
  • Exporting doesn't change anything — your submissions stay in the inbox.
