How to find and manage your forms in CornerSpot

Every form you build in Cornerspot lives in one place: the Forms list. From here you can see all your forms at a glance, find the one you need, and act on it — duplicate it, share it as a QR code, jump to its submissions, or open it to keep editing. This guide is a quick tour of that list and everything it lets you do.

How to find and manage your forms

From the dashboard, select Forms in the left-hand menu to open your forms list at /dashboard/forms.

Reading the columns

Each form has a row with these columns:

  • Name — the form's name.
  • Slug — the stable identifier used in links and templates.
  • Channels — chips showing where the form is live: On website (every form is embeddable on your own site just by existing), plus a Shareable link chip and a Portal chip once it's published there.
  • Fields — how many fields the form has.
  • Submissions — how many entries it has received (this number is a link to that form's submissions).
  • Updated — when the form last changed.
  • Actions — the per-row quick actions (see below).

Click the Name, Fields, Submissions, or Updated column heading to sort by it — click again to reverse the order.

Searching and filtering

When you have a lot of forms, use the Search forms… box to filter by name or slug — the list narrows as you type.

You can also use the publication filter to show only forms on a particular channel — Single-page link, Members portal, or Unpublished. Active filters appear as chips you can remove, and the list paginates so it stays fast even with many forms.

The Channels chips

The chips in the Channels column tell you where each form is live. Every form shows On website. If a form is published to a public link, a Shareable link chip appears — click it to copy the form's public URL to your clipboard. A published-to-portal form shows a Portal chip.

Jumping to submissions

The number in the Submissions column is a link — click it to open that form's entries in the Submissions inbox, already filtered to this form.

Per-row actions

On the right of each row are quick actions:

  • Download QR code — saves a printable PNG that points to the form's shareable link (shown only once the form has a public link).
  • Duplicate — makes a deep copy of the form and its fields as a new unpublished form, a fast way to start a similar form.
  • Delete — removes the form (you'll be asked to confirm first).

Opening a form

To work on a form, just click its row. Cornerspot opens the form's Builder, where you can add fields, change the layout and details, preview it, and publish it.

The empty state

If you haven't built any forms yet, the list shows a No forms yet message with a Create form button to get you started. Once you've added forms, this list is your home base for managing all of them.
