How to track form performance in CornerSpot

Once your forms are out collecting leads, you'll want a fast way to see how they're doing — how much is coming in, and which forms are pulling their weight. Cornerspot gives you a few places to track that, from a quick dashboard glance to a per-form count and the full Submissions inbox. This guide walks through each one.

How to track form performance in Cornerspot

You can read your form numbers from your dashboard home, from the Forms list, and from the Submissions inbox — pick whichever fits the moment.

1. Start on your dashboard home

Your dashboard home is a board of summary widgets covering what's happening across your account. It's the first screen you see when you sign in, and it's the quickest place to catch a change in form activity.

2. Read the Form Submissions widget

If the Form Submissions widget is on your dashboard, it gives you an at-a-glance read on incoming activity: a recent submission count, a trend comparing it to the previous period, and a small sparkline charting activity over time. (Don't see it? You can add it from your dashboard's widget gallery.)

3. Compare forms in the Forms list

Open Forms from the left-hand menu (/dashboard/forms). Each form has a Submissions column showing exactly how many entries it has collected — a simple, side-by-side way to see which forms are performing. Click that column header to sort by it, or click a form's number to jump straight to its entries.

4. Open the Submissions inbox for the full picture

For the running total and every individual entry, open the Submissions inbox (/dashboard/form-submissions, or Forms → Submissions). Every submission lands here, newest first — you can filter by form, by status, and by date to focus on exactly what you're tracking.

5. Track the total and review entries

The inbox lists every entry for the form, with the form it came from, the matched contact, a preview, and a status. Watch the total grow over time, and open any entry to read its full answers and follow up with promising leads.

Pick the right view

Use the dashboard widget for a daily glance, the Forms list to compare forms against each other, and the Submissions inbox when you want the running total and the detail behind it. Together they tell you not just how many leads are coming in, but which forms are bringing them.

Tips

  • Watch the trend, not just the raw number — a steady rise tells you a form or campaign is working.
  • Sort the Forms list by the Submissions column to see your top performers first.
  • Treat a spike as a cue to follow up quickly, while interest is fresh.
  • Use the Submissions inbox filters (form, status, date) to track a single form's performance over a window.
